Pure shit. There won't be a Cinematic continuation for one simple reason: Zack Snyder is a money pit whose returns are less than optimal for the amount of money thrown in. We know that WB isn't in the best spot to push bloated 300 Million+ budget movies to see them get barely 2 times their budget. Animation is highly unlikely, since WB CEO David Zaslav pretty much slashed the hell out of WB animation.
AT BEST there will be a comic book mini series to end it, but most likely it will be some podcast about Zack's vision and plans. When the end of April arrives and this announcement ends up being a podcast or another nothingburger, I want to see the Snydertards implode... metaphorically speaking. You know what would be hilarious, that Snyder used the whole Darkseid thing as a hook for the Snydertards and the end of April reveal ends up being a trailer for Rebel Moon.
