NECA Fucked up big time

 NECA fucked up big time.

They sent multiple Sewer lair sets to some people. Well, mistakes happen, but NECA Fucked up. They sent the wrong amount of playsets to people. Now they're DEMANDING people to send them back, lest they be banned from buying straight from NECA. 

This sucks for NECA, but the law is not on their side here. According to the US Federal Trade Commission:

The people who received EXTRA Lairs don't have to pay for them or send them back.

So, no matter how you slice it, NECA fucked up.

Full disclosure: I did not order anything from NECA Since Toon April (cumming this Advent Calendar). I passed on the Sewer lair for being ridiculously expensive.

Unfortunately for NECA, they have to take the loss right now and refund or goto the factory to makea special order to fulfill the orders of the collectors who missed out and take a hit on their mistake. If NECA Follows through with their threat, they could be charged with Fraud and THAT would royally screw them over. 

It would be awesome if folks who got unordered sets were to send them back on order to help fellow collectors not be screwed. Sadly, the law doesn't require them to. So NECA:
