I'm going to borrow a term from a former Mattelian Diplomat, The Classicizer Machine. Use it to "turn other era figures" into Playmates OG line visual style, but with Ultimates! Articulation.

Triceraton:
Not the same as the Playmates Triceraton, but reuses some parts. The idea is to create parts for Triceraton variations that can make more.
The Playmates Triceraton is based on Zog. This one could be based on Mozar.

Arms, reversed versions of Playmates Zog
Same torso and crotch.
New non broken pant Legs.
Accessories, reversed arm wrist blade and communicator, the rest of the Zog accessories.

While *I* prefer human Carter, Mutated Carter is the more Toyetic form.

Here everything would be new... but not movie accurate. Hear me out. We're using Classicizer approach and ¼assing as much as possible.

Since this is a What if they were made in the i0s line, he would get a redesign to make him look 80s-esque. Most likely taking a lot of cues from the Burton/Schumacher era Batman and Robin character designs.

The Torso should have Musculature similar to the Batman Returns batsuit. The Crotchpiece should look like a codpiece that accentuates the crotch and butt like the B&R Robin anti Freeze suit.
The top of his shinguards should have the Silver Sentry Logo and the feet should be poorly disguised sneakers.
His vambraces should be reminiscent of Batman's Anti Freeze armor.
He should have interchangeable neck pieces for plastic and soft goods capes.

Why him?
Being the first 2k3 made member of the Jistice Force, it made sense to vintagize him and to test the waters for a Justice Force.

A lanky GG height creature. The "arms" would be comprised of various ball and socket joints to preserve the vine-like look without using bendy wire.

Tentacle Monster... nuff said! Otherwise, we get adult content barrier like the other list.
