It came from the Toy Chest: Pen dropping on thing edition

 If you know the infamous bloopers from the Original Thundercats, you know what I'm talking about.

I was going to review only Wilykat, but they're a set, even if they're individually packaged.

Super7, when?

But let's ignore Wildstorm  and focus on the youngest Thundercats whose names aren't Lion-O.

Size comparison.

Now the youngest looking Thundercats, since they're like 2 years older than Lion-O, but their cryopods worked correctly. 

The annoying Kid Sidekicks of the Thundercats... but a thousand times less annoying than Snarf... The Thunderkittens... Older than Lion-O before his pod malfunctioned, now Younger looking than Lion-O but still older than him...  there we go. 

Articulation:

Despite being different sculpts from their Mattel counterparts, the articulation is similar, but slightly better on paper. They have the terrifyong waist ball joint in place of an ability crunch. Wilykit's skirt isn't as intrusive as I thought.

4.5 for both

Paint and sculpt:

The paint is an improvement over Mattel... on their faces and Wilykit's outfit. A downgrade on Wilykat's outfit. Mattel's paint job is more accurate there. Wily Kit feels like she too has a wrong shade of blue. The sculpts are a bit better on Super7's. Also, they're smaller than Alice and barely taller than the FTC kids.

Doing Math says that Wilykat gets a 4.33 while his sister gets a 4.33 as well? Fuckdammit!! Are these worth $55 each? Hell no! Are these figures an improvement over their Mattel counterparts? Yes... but only if you use the Mattel rope weapons with them.

I know that metal year solid bakes. Elements from both games and turns them into 3D but to have the actual original 2D games in 3D would be amazeballs.

Instead of swappable heads, he gets swappable mouth plates. Sculptwose, he'd be made less adorable and more creepy to fit with the i0s aesthetic.

AI stories a rant

 Have you seen the AI girlfriend ads on various platforms?

Like that. Most of them require money... like porn, why pay for stuff that can be obtained free?

Enter Reddit. I was guided to some AI story websites. I've had more fun there than the last 5 games I've played. Especially derailing stories. 

Like there was this story where the Player character gets caught by his stepmother banging his stepsister. She's supposed to dominate and peg him. I got her to whip the character to the point of being hospitalized due to blood loss, then the AI decided the mother and daughter were lovers who were traveling Manhattan while the player character was ignored. Then the player character escaped the hospital through the sewers and fought Ninjas to get back to his stepfamily. Playe's character dad resurrected as a possessed zombie. 

On another story, PC (player character) was being set up with a girl for a romantic date. We ended up watching The Room and making fun of it just to be attacked by mimes... not just any mimes, NINJA mimes. The AI added the ninja to my guiding mime prompt.

Then there was the one where PC has sex with a girl and has to meet her father.

Forces PC to fight in one to one combat.

One time I had the PC pull an Autumn Snyder and have the AI character try to hide the body. 

Other times the AI goes on a fritz. In the end it's a bit scary. How artificial intelligence can "adapt".

Changing the shape of the tears in his clothes will be a start... his paintjob will be different:

The sucker's on his left leg will be painted and the area surrounding the suckers will be yellow. The unpainted areas will be painted in purple and dark green accents. His flesh will not be that vibrant light blue. It'll be closer to Skeletor's blue while the greens, yellows, and purples are vibrant. His uniform will be olive green, a lighter shade of Leonarso skin.

He would have a single head with articulated jaw. Swappable tongues and eyes.

Expanding on the Law Enforcement Officers line from FTC:

 When the LEO line was revealed, I mentioned the lack of Melanin of some officers. I also mentioned the lack of females and lack of Obese officers. Well I want to expand on that:

Detectives:

Basically, Plainclothes cops. Here we can get a couple... and very little new parts needed:

All Detectives will need a new hand: The badge holding hand (similar to the cellphone hand from the fans)

Uptight Detectives:

For the males a recolor of tthe Announcer body:

For the African American one:

Tan suit and red tie.

For the Caucasian one:

Grey suit and dark blue tie

For the Females:

The Referee body with new arms and a new female blazer. Use Amber's feet for shoes

For the Fat one:

This one require the most new tooling. But it can be for the most part reused on the other LEO styles as well.

This requires a new Button shirt torso, new long sleeve arms, new slack pant legs and new shoes.

New gun hand and gun. Lastly a new blazer.

Loose Cannon Detectives:

For the Males, reusing the generic Male Fan body with new overlay and arms to create a Varsity/Team Jacket. Think of Foley or Riggs.

For the Females, a New Torso is needed. The standard female bra torso or the referee torsos are not good. Although a new upper torso with a more plunging neckline could work with the referee abs. If you want to go for the T-shirt look, then the referee arms work. If you want a leather jacket look, the Uptight female detective arms could work. The legs should be the Amber's legs painted as pants with the boots painted in a different color.

For the Obese ones, we have the body parts already.

One could wear the T-shirt torso with the Blazer and slacks (in jeans colors) and the shoes painted as sneakers.

The other can be in the T-shirt torso, jeans and sandals instead of shoes.

The Unorthodox:

For the guys this is mainly the heads, which should look extra scruffy. Maybe having a cup of coffee and a half eaten donut as special accessories.

For the Men:

Type 1:

Long sleeved outfit without blazer, slacks and shoes. Add soft goods trenchcoat.

Type 2:

Standard Male body with Hawaiian shirt overlay. Pants are painted like jeans and shoes are painted as sneakers.

The idea is that Type 1 are the "Noir wannabes." The Detectives who joined the force after watching too many movies and old TV shows. 

Type 2 is the laid back detective with weird quirks that somehow gets the case solved. He plays the good cop to the "noir" bad cop.

Fat ones:

Type 1:

Soft goods long trenchcoat. Long sleeved outfit and slacks.

Type 2:

Standard fat body (including shorts and sandals) with a Hawaiian shirt overlay.

There are no "unorthodox females" on this lineup.

Undercover:

While plainclothes Detectives (ie Loose cannons and Unorthodox type 2s) can work as UCs, visually. I want Criminal-looking UCs.

For the black girl a lavender top with neon green shorts and shoes.

Cade! Cut it out! Yeah, the officers are all lily white. The standard blue cop is Johnny Sins... not really, but white, bald, no barcodes on the back of his head. We finally have a trigger finger... both the policeman and state trooper come with a gun. The hats are non removable, sadly... swat guy comes with a machine gun and a shotgun.

Hopefully a wave 2 of these shows up...
