Basically a Third Earth take on Super Shredder:
Picture a Mumm-Ra sized body. For the head imagine Super Shredder's helmet with the center prong of his helmet remaining as it's bladed form, but the lateral prongs are the Mumm-Ra serpents. The helmet itself would be in red and black as would be the face guard.
He'd get a Mumm-Ra styled cape that would slip under his Super Shredder shoulderpads. On his forearms he'd have two large blades reminiscent of the sword of Plun-Darr.
He'd have Mumm-Ra feet and Super Shredder shinguards.

All Turtles will share the same torso which will have jetpacks in the shell area. The feet will have the infamous third toe, as a nod to the Silverhawks talons. They will have only one set of arms, but they'll have the shoulder lasers.

Left arm would be real up to the bicep. His metallic body would be cobalt blue representing the Leonardo bandana as his head will not have a bandana.

Red Scale:
A red repaint of Scale-Tail with new Torso overlay, head, and Right arm. The new right arm would be a mirrored image of the left arm.
The New Torso overlay should be a torn Cobra Viper shirt. The new head should still be serpentine but not an exact copy of Scale-Tail.
