What the Hell? A Stewie Spin-off?

 Does this mean Stewie is out of regular Family Guy?

The premise of the show, which you can read at IGN, makes it seem like it's going to poke fun at the Magic School Bus.

I honestly don't know if that will be enough to last 2 seasons. Feels more like a single episode thing rather than a new show.
