A Miley rant? Is it my Birthday? She has gone full Hannah Montana... and it's NOT A WIG... Holy crap! This is like Jerrica choosing to become Jem forever... or until she grows tired of the Jem look... but seriously, this has been the best Birthday present ever! Miley reached mid-life crisis and has gone full Hannah Montana!!

If I didn't have to work, I'd probably hit a certain Nightclub with a peculiar name...
