Yes, it's a My Little Pony review... starring our favorite silly Pony, Applejack... Hit it!
I got me a Movie Applejack, (2 years ago) because they FINALLY GAVE HER A CLOSE TO ACCURATE HAT. Too bad that I'm not collecting MLP stuff anymore. So, this will be the end of Disappointing toys week... or Krampus week?
Applejack is a hard-working racist and bigoted Farm Pony...
I won't do the standard ratings because of the pony curve and I no longer care that much about MLP toys to do so.
Applejack, like everypony else got a redesign for the movie toys. Head and legs are not like the originals. While the hat is closer to the cartoon version compared to previous hats, the figure does not look as cartoon accurate. It has weird proportions in the head and legs. They also didn't put the Mane in a ponytail and the pony tail on her tail has the wrong color of hairband.
This one only has articulation on the neck and unlike the "super articulated ponies for bronies" this one has rooted hair.
For accessories she has her hat.
A skirt...
And a basket full of fresh apples and eaten apples...
It's a classic toy trick and it works well. Come on Snake Mountain... Come on Snake Mountain...
