Nintendo chose two British kids to play Link and the Legendary Princess.
Link is Tom Hanks's Real Boy... and Zelda is in the Kingslaive movie as Lunafreya's 3d model.
So, this means that Hunter Schaefer IS NOT Zelda. The copium is real. Various sites are lamenting that Hunter wasn't cast as Zelda. Even throwing backhanded remarks to the chosen actress.
I've mentioned that Hunter being Trans would've been a deterrent. Especially since Japan is a very transphobic country. While not outright homophobic, they aren't a friend to the LGB... part of LGBT.
The big problem of Hunter Schaefer campaign and aftermath after its failure is that it was all to push a transgender actor for the sake of pushing a transgender person. Hopefully this movie ends up like Super Mario Bros. but not like Super Mario Bros.
