I know that I've complained about Super7 doing too many lines and spreading themselves too thin. But when you think about it, Street Fighter makes so much sense for them.
I know what you're thinking what about Storm Collectibles or SH FIGUARTS? They are doing "game specific" versions... What I'd want from S7 is something similar to what SOTA did, make a figure based on the idea of the character. But I'd use both SFII and SFA3 as inspiration for the characters.
Figures should have extra hands, effects for some of their moves and extra heads where applicable. For example Chun Li could have her normal head with the hair buns covered, uncovered buns like in Alpha, loose hair like her SSFIIT ending. (I could add the Police braids, but that's 4 heads and I can almost hear B-Flynn crying about tooling) but since I'm bored let's assemble all 4 waves!
Wave 1:
Blanka, Dhalsim, Sagat, Ryu
This wave would be rather basic. Dhalsim and Blanka being the ones requiring a bit more attention.
Sagat
Sagat wouldn't require extra heads. He can get the basic hands the Tiger shot and 2 stands for the Tiger shot.
Dhalsim
2 heads: Normal and Yoga fire/flame blowing head.
The usual extra hands, pair of interchangeable yoga stretched arms, stand for the effects, yoga fire and Yoga flame effects.
Blanka
Usual extra hands, GITD lightning effects, Alpha 3 Watermelons. Extra biting head.
(Perfect candidate for a GITD Electric shock Variant to be sold at a random time)
Ryu
Extra head with lighter colored hair and white Bandana. Extra hands, duffelbag, Hadoken, stand, Extra Satsui no Hado ni Mezameta Ryu head.
(Perfect candidate for a Satsui no Hado ni Mezameta Ryu repaint.)
Wave 2:
Guile, Zangief Chun Li, Bison
This wave is kinda simple with Chun Li and Zangief requiring more attention.
Guile
Extra hands, Sonic Boom, stand for SB. Sonic Boom clip ons for hands.
Zangief
Extra hands, Alpha cloth Cape (I know, I hate cloth, but it works better than plastic on this instance) Green energy hands for the banishing flat.
(Perfect candidate for a glossy Mech Zangief repaint with a blue Yoga Flame and stand replacing the banishing flat hands.)
Bison
Extra head without hat and extra head with glowing Psycho energy (think Hasbro Cable)
Extra hands including a pair of psycho energy hands, cloth cape.
(Perfect candidate for a GITD Psycho Powered repaint)
Chun Li
The 2 extra heads I mentioned earlier, extra hands, Kikoken, stand for Kikoken and thousand leg kick.
Wave 3:
Ken, Balrog, E. Honda, Fei Long
Here, Honda and Balrog would require more attention. This wave has no potential repaints.
E. Honda
Extra hands, Thousand hand slap effect, his mawashi might have to be made out of cloth to preserve articulation. And to use squat poses as he often does. This would require strong leg articulation to keep him standing.
Ken
Extra Alpha head with long hair, V manbun head, extra hands, Hadoken stand, Hadoken,
Flame effect for the Shoryuken.
Balrog:
Removable shirt (like MOTUC Armors), extra hands (less than a normal figure, but one pair ia unique as it should have bits of his shirt dangling to mimic the win pose where he breaks off the shirt Hulk Hogan style. "Rich Balrog" ending head.
Fei Long
Extra screaming head, extra hands, nunchaku, rekka ken effect.
Since the figures don't have flight stands, I'm not adding the rising kick effect. Instead I'll add the coffee mug, script, and towel from his SSFIIT ending.
Wave 4:
Dee Jay, T. Hawk, Cammy, Vega
T.Hawk and Vega would be the figures that require more attention.
T.Hawk
Extra hands, Eagle
There isn't much to do with T.Hawk, but his sheer size requires attention. No one wanta an underscaled T.Hawk.
Vega:
Unmasked head, head with partially broken mask loose mask with straps. Extra hands with interchangeable claw. (As seen with the Figuarts) rose, broken claw
Cammy
Extra head without beret, Alpha 3 Killer Bee doll head, extra hands.
(Perfect candidate for a Killer Bee Doll repaint)
Dee Jay
Extra Smiling head, extra hands, stand for max out, and machinegun upper, maraca hands and maracas
While it's not perfect, it's an achievable goal and some characters could share parts... depending on style selected.
But I'm forgetting someone...
Akuma... he's mostly Ryu with Ken's accessories, new head, beads, feet, and a huge GITD天 because of the Shun Goku Satsu.
Theoretically speaking other characters could make it Like say, Charlie, who can start with a modified Guile body with a new vest and head. Dan, who is based on Ryu and Ken, Juni and Juli, based on Cammy's body. Alpha Chun Li and so on, but the priority should be completing the SSFIIT Roster.
