MK lore time? Raydendammit! MK lore time... Sub Zero is the codename of TWO Lin Kuei Ninja: Bi Han and Kuai Liang. Bi Han was the Sub Zero that Scorpion killed. Kuai Liang is the younger brother of Bi Han and the current Sub Zero. (SINCE Bi Han became the wraith Noob Saibot) that's the abridged version.

Articulation:
Literally a Scorpion repaint, means he has the same Sculpt and that means same range of articulation... In theory. Mine seems a bit stiffer than Scorpion.

Paint and Sculpt:
Again, literally a Scorpion repaint. The sculpting is the same on the figure and the only difference lies in the accessories.
The paint job on the figure is decent. It's based on the Sub Zero from Mortal Kombat Mythologies than the MK and MKII Sub Zero who has a light blue tunic.

Accessories:
-1 extra mask (MKII)
-7 extra hands
-2 icy effects
-1 spine and skull... The skull is removable and you can pop other heads on it.

Overall:
Sub Zero gets a Flawless 5.0 due to the amount of accessories. I wish he had a stand. Also I'm tempted to say that we need an "ice klone" variant of him.
Can't wait for Goro and Johnny Cage...
