Who has grippy fists and punching effects woth an additional head.

And Gouki with Hinged toes, a Shakunetsu Hadoken, guessing fist hands and alternate head. Apparently he also has better butterfly joints. Because that hadoken pose looked far better than the normal Ryu Body.
