The Corman produced F4 is STILL the best Fantastic Four Movie. Then the Tim story movies, well, okay, the first one, not rise of the silver surfer, then this one, then rise of the silver surfer, then we get the Josh Trank abomination.
I didn't **HATE** the movie, but I didn't like it.
- Ben Grimm was barely there.
- Very little Action.
- Johnny was more Peter Parker than Johnny Storm.
- I understand why Shalla Bal was made the Surfer, but it felt forced. The villain being a fun house mirror reflection of the hero syndrome.
- Galactus was dispatched too fast and the battle had little stakes.
- So many villains wasted just to get a worse rehash of Rise of the Silver Surfer.
- No Chemistry between The team other than Pedro Pascal with Vanessa Kirby... mostly because Pedro had anxiety.
- They wasted Mole Man.
- It was obvious that the movie was more of a Filler movie than truly introducing the F4.
But at least it lacks Doom...
