I received a Deluxe Cheetara as an Epiphany present (Día de los Reyes Magos for my friends of the ñ) but I already have a Cheetara.
Deluxe releases are cheaper releases with less paint and accessories. I like the packaging. It reminds me a lot of the LJN Thundercats.

| Lots of sanding, repainting, a cloth cape We could get a background Renet if 2k3 Ultimates doesn't touch her. |
Articulation:
Her articulation is similar to April O'Neil's. The only difference is that Cheetara has underboob articulation instead of waist twist. She's a bit hard to balance but with a little cheating, a running pose is somewhat achievable. If we had an official stand. But Deluxe fogures are devoid of everything.
4.5
Paint and sculpt:
She's a repaint of vanilla Cheetara. Main difference is her bracelet isn't white.
All the issues from the previous release apply here.
4.0
Accessories:
Her staff short and large... that's it. Bare bones... but gift horse in mouth.
3.0
Overall:
Deluxe Cheetara has a final score of 3.83 which is decent i feel that 35 to $40 price tag on. These figures is a bit too high, but it almost hearkens to the days of Post Mattycollector, early Super7 MOTUC.
