The caricaturesque criminals for my expansion to the FTC LEO line

 Before I begin, this list isn't supposed to be taken Super serious, seeing that I'm one of the groups that white people get offended in my name, despite me mot being offended by the stereotype... ie the Speedy Gonzalez incident. 

The iirhabiun: 

That's the Arabic word for Terrorist:

Not all Muslims are terrorists and not all terrorists are Muslims.

This faction of criminals, are an ersatz of actual terrorist groups.

Iirhabiun slim:

The standard slim male body but with new sandals, a soft goods tunic, and a removable bomb vest.

Heads:

Generic long bearded head with and without turban.

Weapon:

NeW AK-47 

Iirhabiun thick:

Fat body with long pants and sandals

Soft goods tunic and removable bomb vest

Generic bearded head and shaved head with a Saddam looking Mustache.

Weapon:

New AK-47 

Cartel Frijoles Hervidos:

This Not Mexican group will be the ersatz to the cartels and other paramilitary groups from central and south American:

Grunt:

Generic member. Repaint of the SWAT character in olive green, brown skin and Balaclava head.

Same accessories as SWAT.

Jefe:

The Cartel Boss... 

Using the fat body with the proposed button shirt torso, long pants and shoes.

For heads, one that looks like a Pancho Villa/Pablo Escobar hybrid. The other has a sculpted on Beret like Che Guevara.

Accessories:

Soft goods Poncho and a Sombrero.

Yes it's a nod to MexiRaiden... golden weapons, because they loke showoming off.

Mulas:

The Mules these will be "civilians". The main difference between these and normal fans are their accessories. 

Just generic body parts/recolors of preexisting characters.

Like making a light skinned redhead repaint of Jade, a Dark skinned blonde Amber. A dark skinned Hunter with dark hair. A dark skinned Stu... etc.

Their special accessories would be ways to smuggle mysterious packages. Ie suitcase with strange package. Steange package disguised as baby. Small balloons, etc.

Neue Bösewichte:

The New Bad Guys... all should have bald heads and be light skinned. They should get a new sculpt on their right sleeve with an arm band. Unpainted, let the customer paint them themselves. 

Essentially repaints of Brad and Hunter, bodies, with the new right arm,but with shaved heads.

You could do fat versions, but they would need new right arm, new torso overlays and heads.

Weapons:

Knives, bats, preexosting guns

Creepy Cultists:

You know who these guys represent... soft goods hooded robes over normal bodies. Doesn't matter the attire... the point is white hooded robes. The heads would be new. 1 normal "unmasled head" the other head a "Luchador Mask with skull motif"

Accessories:

Torches, shotguns.

Well... here we take light skinned people with red and blond hair. Give them the Bomb vests mentioned earlier. Dress them in Green due to St. Patrick's

Accessories:

New shillelagh, existing guns, new pipe bomb.

Loh terrorihtah:

This is an ersatz to the old Puerto Rican terrorist groups. FALM and EPB.

Male bodies, long pants, long sleeves.

Heads:

Normal head, light and dark skinned, head with bandit Bandana sculpted on. 

Weapons:

New Machete, pipe bombs mentioned above

Slacktivists:

This one is also a nice way to release more "fans". Using the entrance arena stairs for character references would be a start.

Accessories:

Signs with dry erase marker.

This one doesn't require a weapon.

This covers most "potential criminals" that aren't gangbangers, yakuza, or the mobs.
