Whenever writer's block strikes, these lists show up... this one is "Halloween themed" so let's begin...
Fantasy Hero Leonardo:
Basically Leonardo looking like the main character from an Isekai anime.
Heads:
- Vanilla Leo head
- Normal Leo head without bandana, but has some blue face paint on his face.
Hands: (standard C-grips both hinges, fists, dramatic)
-pointing hands.
Body:
-Torso: New Torso with an armored Tunic. Belt holds a removable dagger on the front (like Raph sai sheath) Back has a loop for his greatsword. Small loincloth covers the front and back under the belt line.
-Legs: Upper Legs are covered in blue tights lower legs have fancy fantasy grieves with turtle foot shaped boots.
-Arms: Bare arms with elbows using the Elbow pads from wanderer Leo. Forearms have vambraces that match the grieves.

Cyberpunk Donatello:
Basically Cyborg Donatello from a dystopian future.
Heads:
-Maskless head wearing purple Morpheus glasses and a connection port on the back of his head.
-cyborg head that looks like the skin of Donatello's face was put over a Metalhead, head. (Think Robocop)
Body:
-Torso: New Torso with a Leather Jacket overlay that covers up the Cybernetics on the left part of his shell. He's also wearing purple jeans with an utility belt with dangling bits of tech and other junk.
-Arms:
Left arm Metalhead
Right Arm Punker Don
-Hands: Left Metalhead hands, Right Punker Don hands.
-Legs: Rocker Leo in Purple with black pads.
Accessories:
-Plasma Bo staff. (Think Darth Maul Light Saber)
-Tortucannon (an arm blaster that plugs on Donny's cyber arm.
-Laptop with cable that plugs into Donny's head.
Vigilante Brawler Raphael:
Raphael dressed up like a vigilante from an 80s/90s beat'em-up brawler game.
-Heads: Traditional Raphael head that can use the Rapping Mike hat.
-New maskless head that can use Rapping Mike's hat.
Body:
-torso: New Torso similar to Rocker leo but with removable Red Vest with the Nightwatcher helmet painted on the back of it.
-arms: Rocker Leo.
-Hands: New hands with red fingerless gloves.
-legs: New Blue Jeans legs with red pads.
-Feet: Rapping Mike in red and white.
Accessories:
-Pipe tonfa

-Mike's Pizza box
-Ninja Pizza red hat (repaint from Rapping Mike)

Party Time Michelangelo:
Basically a Mikey ready for ANY party.
Heads:
-Masklesshead with mouth opened enough for a kiss or to put the party blower accessory.
-Surfing Mike Tongue Head with sculpted party hat.

Body:
Torso:New body based on the vanilla body with the nunchaku loops to the sides and a removable plug in the back to use with the breakdancing spinner accessory.
Arms and legs: Wanderer Leo.
Hands: standard

Cat Burglar April:
Basically April in a black bodysuit with a neckline similar in size to the Vanilla April Figure or Ninja April (whomever's neckline is more plunging.)

-New Head with black beanie and a domino mask.
-Ninja April masked head
-April wearing an auburn cat cowl (nod to the Cat April from the 87 toon )
Body:
-New Torso and crotch for Bodysuit that can also be reused for a swimsuit
-arms: Ninja April Arms with vanilla April forearms painted like a bodysuit
-Hands: standard hands painted like gloves.
-legs: new tights/bare leg sculpt painted like a bodysuit with vanila April feet.
Accessories:
-Lockpicking hands with sculpted lockpicking tools.

Subparbat and his best pal Screwloose:
Wingnut dressed as a tribute to a Blue and red clad superhero whose mom is called Martha.

-New Unmasked Wingnut head with a black wig (Confident)
-New Unmasked Wingnut head with a black wig (meek)
Body:
New torso with Subpar shield sculpted as if it was falling off. And new crotch with red Speedos and new belt.
Metal bat wings are painted red.
Arms: new forearms in Subpar red and blue
Hands: Normal Wingnut hands.
Legs: New shins.
Accessories:
-Repainted Screwloose with a new head (inspired by a superhero's photographer friens)and new arms. (One holding a camera).
-Red Subparbat cape.
-removable Mild mannered hat and glasses.
-soft goods mild mannered trenchcoat with wingholes and velcro on back for easy removal.
Mimesteady:
Basically Rocksteady as a mime.
Heads:
New Rocksteady head with beret and mime makeup.
New Rocksteady head without beret but with mime makeup.
Body:
Normal Rocksteady body. Repainted in Mime colors.
Hands: standard Rocksteady hands plus new dramatic hands, Mime wall hands.
Accessories: Rocksteady accessories in clear plastic because he's a mime.
Futtokuranrenjā: Blue Bebop:
Basically Bebop as a spandex clad warrior styled from Japanese shows.
Heads:
-Normal Bebop head
-Helmeted head inspired by the Foot Soldier/sentai shows and Bebop's boar head
Body:
New torso Loosely inspired by the Foot Soldiers and Sentai shows. An overlay similar to the Dragon shield creates the effect of the excess mask material from the foot soldier.
Arms: new forearms with sentai style gloves and foot Soldier arm guards.
Hands: standard Bebop hands painted in Sentai glove colors, new Dramatic hands in gloved and Normal Bebop colors.
Legs: New tights legs wirh foot inspired Sentai boots.

The Yellow Foot Clan Ranger

Body:
‐torso: Repainted Slash body in Yellow Foot Ranger colors with black spikes and New Foot Ranger belt.
-Arms: New forearms with Foot Clan Ranger forearms
Slash hands in glove colors and yellow spikes.
-Legs: New shins with Foot clan ranger boots.

Futtokuranrenjā Red Spicy:
Karai as the red leader of the Foot Clan Rangers.

Red Foot clan Ranger Shredder styled Helmet.
Body:
Same body as Cat Burglar April but with a Shredder shield Overlay covering her cleavage.
Hands: Karai hands in Red Foot ranger colors.
Arms: New forearms with Shredder spikes
Legs: cat burglar April with new shins with Shredder spikes.

Basically Casey Jones as a Bond/ Tuxedo wearing secret Agent:

-Hands: Casey hands. 2 new gun hands.

Krang-O-Lantern:
Basically Krang disguised as a Jack-o-lantern with a new bubble walker.
Heads:
-Krang inside Pristine Jack-o-lantern.
-Krang inside a partially busted Jack-o-lantern. It should look like a reversed phantom of the opera mask where the exposed part matches the mask shape.
Body:
Same bubble walker with revised legs with tighter hip joints to prevent the figure falling over, sturdier legs that won't break apart easily.
Arms:
-New tentacles.
-New gun arms for the Bubble Body
Accessories:
New laser scythe that plugs to bubble walker.
Radar dish/shield that plugs in a hand hole.
Slip on armored cover for the bubble.
I'm stopping here because We'd probably end up with Cobra Kai Skeleton foot soldiers or something. Also, I needed Irma Burne and Vernon for some disguise ideas.
