Articulation:

The elf has five points of articulation, each leg arm and the head.

Elf: Seen Kyle? He's about this tall...

He's meant to be.

A background prop not an actual character so that's plenty of articulation.

It looks like the actual elf on the shelf , but obviously made in a smaller size replica for larger action figures or dolls. Personally, he's better scaled for dolls.But for action figures, he kind of works
