If Super7 can't, there might be hope for Groundchuck:

 This isn't a sure thing, but, a Placeholder Groundchuck COULD be theoretically made out of this dude:

He's in scale with TMNT Ultimates. He's from The Nacelle Company. The same people from the toys that made us documentary. They have been acquiring some media rights to old properties and making toys out of them. There are some Biker Mice from Mars Figures with Bikes sold separately, that are 1:10 scale. The Moo Mesa toys are supposed to be in the same scale. That dud is supposed to be close to 8 inches.

In order to turn Terribull into this:

I see lots of sculpting Materials needed. After some dremmeling and sanding. I pray to the toygods that the Terribull top is an overlay and not sculpt. That way, the job is easier.

What's the reason I'm even looking at Nacelle Toys? I pre-ordered a Biker Mice from Mars figure:

I see a 1:10 Redhead, I'm  likely to buy. Especially if it serves my purposes. Not mentioning it out loud otherwise the voices in my head will counsel me, understand, and worse: Talk to me! 

But if Nacelle does a repaint of this figure... or even better adds new heads based on This:

My wallet will weep, because I'd totally buy a Galoob styled Charley, because of the whole Civilian boner I ha è with toy displays. It wouldn't weep as much as a Super7 purchase, but Unfortunately, Nacelle doesn't have much that tickles my fancy.
