Looking back at Megaman 3 and 4... Expanded mobility and arsenal...

Megaman 3 is considered an inferior Megaman 2 but with added mobility. I agree with this statement. We meet Protoman for the first time, who can be annoying at times.
Don't get me wrong, the game is great, but it can drag on a bit more than it should... Damn those Megaman 2 Robot Master clones...

Did I mention the Gemini man stage being trippy as hell?

Megaman 4: Dr. Light made the best upgrade! Love the Charge shot. It made beating the bosses WITHOUT having to figure out their weakness a but more bearable. Don't get me wrong, the best way is to use their weakness, but saving certain weapons for Dr. Wahwee is more important. Also, Toadman is incredibly easy... I mean, all you have to do is stop him from shaking his ass and you're set. The charge shot nay "slow things down a bit" in the run and gun while it's charging,  but it packs a punch!

While not as good as 2 or 3, it marks the end of the plateau.
