Sonce Jada is doing Capcom toys, they should do Final Fight...

 It's Street Fighter adjacent... not to mention that a couple of Final Fight Folks ARE ALSO Street Fighter characters.

I'd suggest using the first Final Fight, since it's the most popular version.

Let's look at the potential roster of Final Fight.

Unfortunately, I have to use some characters as etailer exclusive (specifically BBTS and Entertainment Earth... meaning that a character variant will be exclusive to one of them, while everyone gets the "normal" version of a character.) I will elaborate later on.

Some characters will be x-in-1 figures, because their palette swaps aren't that different (ie Poison and Roxy) or too many versions would end up warming pegs (ie G. Oriber, Wong Who, and Bill Bull)

Cody Normal FF1 look:

2 heads, fists, c-grip hands, knife, meat

Alpha 3 Prisoner deluxe Cody variant (EE):

New prisoner arms handcuffs with real chain, tornado effect, same hands as normal Cody, rock throwing hand,dramatic hands, and knife.

Guy:

2 heads, fists, c-grips, 1 ninja 2 fingers pose hand, katana

Haggar Normal FF1 look:

2 heads, fists, c-grips, steel pipe, rotisserie chicken

Saturday Night Slam Masters deluxe Haggar variant (BBTS):

New Legs for his wrestling look, same accessories as normal Haggar, adding a third head of a younger mustacheless Haggar (based of some Final Fight art of a younger Haggar with his wife/Jessica's mom)

Deluxe Belger with chair and Jessica 2-pack:

2 heads, dramatic hands, c-grips, crossbow, chair. Additional parts for the censored chair from the SNES version.

Jessica includes 2 heads (crying and neutral), fists, dramatic hands.

Cyber Belger (BBTS):

New cyber arm and leg, 2 new heads, dramatic hands and fists, rocket punch effect and stand.

Zombie Belger (EE):

Mostly a Grey skinned repaint of normal Belger without the chair and crossbow, new belching head woth zombie puke effect and stand. New right thigh and upper torso.

Abigail:

2 heads (normal and angry red) fists, dramatic hands, breakable drum can.

Abigail would share a body with the Andores.

Hugo Andore:

2 heads (one based on FF1 looking a bit more like Andre, one more modern based on SF3), same hands as Abigail, breakable trash can.

Andore Jr. (BBTS Exclusive):

Repaint of Hugo in Andore Jr. Colors. Replace the trash can with gold bars and radio.

G. Andore (EE Exclusive):

Repaint of Hugo in G. Andore colors. Replace trashcan with Burger and bananas.

Poison/Roxy: 

2 heads (Poison, Roxy) fists, dramatic hands, c-grips and riding crop. This is a 2-in-1 figure. Mainly because they're too similar.

Rolento:

2 heads, c-grips, dramatic hands, staff, grenade.

Sodom:

C-grips, 2 katana, 2 jitte, straw hat with soft goods cloak.

Edi. E:

2 heads, fists, c-grips, nightstick, revolver (if possible), handcuffs (reuse alpha 3 Cody's)

Thrasher Damnd:

2 heads, fists, dramatic hands. Stack of money, steak.

El Gado/ Holly Wood:

2 heads (one for EG and the other for HW), c-grips, dramatic, knife, molotov. 

This is a 2-in-1 figure. Holly Wood could get a Molotov Red repaint later on.

G. Oriber/Bill Bull/Wong Who:

3 heads, dramatic hands, fists, diamond.

This is a 3-in-1 figure, because they're too similar and being 3 fat dudes may cause peg warming. Could get a Wong Who green repaint later on.

J/2P:

2 heads (J, 2P) fists, dramatic hands, swappable sleeveless jacket 1 J-yellow and 1 2P orange.

Another 2-in-one figure that could get an official redeco later on.

Axl:

2 heads, 2 sets of hands, breakable trashcan

Slash (EE):

Same items as Axl, but with Slash heads and swapping the trashcan for a drumcan.

Jake:

2 heads, 2 sets of hands, random FF1 item.

Simmons (BBTS):

Same as Jake but with Simmons heads.

Dug:

2 heads, 3 sets of hands (fists, dramatic, C-grips), steel pipe.

Deluxe Bred:

3 heads (third head is him crying) 3 sets of hands, steel pipe, knife, clear stand and speech bubble.

Sid/Billy:

Another 2 in one figure. Add 2 heads, 3 sets of hands, and riding crop.

I believe I covered everyone on the first game. Personally, I'd go for the playable 3, the bosses, and from the normal thugs, Poison, Andore, and Bred. I tried to keep figures as simple to keep the $25 tag by Jada, but some characters required deluxe releases and Vanilla Belger, sadly needed some oomph beyond the chair, so adding Jessica made sense. 

I almost wanted to make 2 pack out of most thugs but couldn't.
