It Came from the Toy Chest: With Less clothes and a dye job!

Blonde Bikini Teela from the DC Comics version of Masters of The Universe has made it into the MOTUC line! Now she is called: Battleground Teela and she's Teela: The Sorceress' apprentice.

She wear that while going to the Eternian Polar Ice cap... Either she is tough or stupid...
Well here she is!

Notice something strange? Underboob Bikini Teela has bent one of her "metal" cups with her boobs of "steel"!

Let me get that fixed...
Ok now that I've fixed that Here's what we got... An incredibly lightweight figure with two cool looking accessories!
Now I'll get unto the scoring pat of the review and blah blah blah 1= bad 5 = good...

Articulation:

She's got a different body than the average MOTUC Female... More on that on the paint and sculpt section. This new body brings some differences in Articulation.
She has a REAL waist twist! Due to the naked Torso she doesn't have the underboob articulation that other female figs have... There is no Ab Crunch. (I think I'm the only person who enjoys female figs with Ab crunch...)

She also lost the "weird thigh rotating pseudo ball joint" that Fem buck 1.0 has.

Paint and Sculpt:
The Horsemen did a great job on this 2.0 body Teela's face resembles the previous Teela while looking a tad Older... (Is it just me or does she look like she's bored and was wishing she was somewhere else... kinda like Kristen Stewart...)
Paintwise She's too hard to screw up. Minimal paint applied where needed. Not too fond of the Reddish hints in her hair... Looks a tad sloppy... (I'll probably paint her hair in a reddish brown color...) For some reason her arms and hands are a tad gummy, not Catra hand cummy, but almost there...

Accessories:

She's got a Sword and a Blaster inspired by the DC Comic. The sword looks a lot fatter than her comic counter part and her gun looks larger than her comic book counterpart... I should dock some points for being inaccurate. On the other hand the sword is so elegant with it's simplicity that it makes Teela's normal sword look too fancy/elaborate... CRAP! I just shot down my pro-200X argument!
Her gun is designed for her right hand. She can use it in her left hand, but on her right hand fits better (due to a notch for her thumb...)

She's a pretty good figure, but personally she's not Teela for me... Unlike most of you I will have her as The Goddess (with Teela's extra Snake head) while I'll repaint her hair with a reddish color for Normal Teela... So she looks like an Adult version of 200X Teela minus the Anime Hyper detail... Need to figure out how to make removable shoulderpads...

Now that I got that Out of My System Let's begin the review of Mr. Powers...

Ooh Behave! Sorry I had to get that out of my system...
The Faceless One. At first glance he looks like he has a buttload of new parts... Well he does have some new stuff like his cape and loincloth.
I need to point out that the cape is made out of 3 pieces. The central cape/Armor and the shoulder pads. Probably made this way to allow some more range of Articulation.
The Loincloth is like Marzo's... (Segmented to avoid hindering the Articulation.) It's very soft...
Speaking of soft stuff.. His Left Hand is Almost Catra Soft. I think it's a warped Marzo Hand... cause Marzo can't hold the Ram Stone like the "Faceless" One. He Has his head which is new (and with a face) and a Repaint of the Havok staff...

Now unto the scoring part of the Review: As always 1 = Crap and 5 = Awesome!
Articulation:

He's Got the Standard MOTUC Articulation (No big surprise there) When Wearing his cape his upper body articulation is limited a bit... 4.0
Paint and Sculpt:
WHY OH WHY DOES HE HAVE A Face!? He kinda looks like Destro!

The cape is nicely sculpted... "Classicizing" the 200X look of the character while adapting to the

Classics style... Paintwise he's OK, No real signs of slop or anything... Not too fond of the paint job. His hood looks Purple instead of Black and his eyes are gray. Looks like His head and hood will hit the paint soon... 4.0

Accessories:

He's got a Ram Stone and a Havok Staff...

Honestly I HATE The Havok Staff... The glowy effect looks better in pics than in real life. Also it kinda makes it hard for me to display 2 Havok staffs! (says the guy with a rainbow of power swords in his display.) Oh so this is what the "200X" Evil Lyn weapons are for...

The Ram Stone is super neat! 3.5

He's not a bad figure, but he's just not that WOW inducing... The only Wow inducing factor is that we knew he was coming in May 2011 back in 2009... He got delayed one month...
