I know that there's a rumor about 2003 getting New TURTLES, but here's a way to refresh the classic Turtles in say 2026 or 2027... Wacky Action will be the inspiration. But let's hit the basics:
New leg engineering so they aren't as loose as the originals.
All turtles will have the same green color (nod to Toon and Mirage). The pads should be in a faded brown color. Same thing with the belts.
These will be "More deluxe releases", 1 per wave to soften the blow. There might be more unique body parts among them and I'll go into details with each figure. Belts should have a plug and play feature with the front: interchangeable knots
You get the Mirage inspired buckleless knot, vintage toy styled buckle, and cartoon styled buckle. NEW FEET WITH PEG HOLES!
Leonardo:
The first change is on his sword sheathes: they're no longer criss-crossed. They are parallel like most other versions. His chest straps would also be parallel. \\
You can use the wave 2 swords, or the swords he comes with that are from Sewer Samurai Leo in blue and silver. The belt has a new pouch on his left side (nod to the wacky action dial). He gets a blue whip and flail (nods to his wacky action weapons) also, 2 slash effects for his swords.
SSLeo Kunai, cat claws, and Shuriken. Add a Blue Turtle Comm, pizza slice, two bokken
Pairs of Hands:
C-grips (h and v), fists, dramatic, pointing, wide grip, trigger finger, hands holding a dangling mask (left hand colored, right Mirage red)
Heads:
Traditional Leonardo, closed eyes, screaming, maskless, and a Red bandana repaint of the Traditional head.
Donatello:
Main belt difference is that the straps would be more like this |\ than the traditional Criss-crossed look. Like Leo, he has the pouch on his left. He gets the SCUBA jet, but the SCUBA Jet "spear" won't be returning. Instead he gets a "collapsible staff" that comes with customizable parts:
-A "handle" piece that plugs to the SCUBA jet.
-Carrying Handle that plugs into the SCUBA jet and can "store" the unused staff pieces.
-"weighted round tip" for hitting the enemy.
-"gnarly speartip".
-2 staff parts that plug to the " handle piece or the carrying handle.
Slice of pizza, purple communicator, New removable flippers for sewer swimming, normal bo staff, the kunai and shuriken from Samurai Leo.
Now if you unofficially plug one of the staff parts, the speartip and weighted round tip to the carrying handle, you'd have something that resembles the vintage spear.

Heads:
Traditional Donatello, New Donatello head that can look straight up or straight forward when usong the SCUBA jet. Maskless head, Mirage repaints of the first two heads.
Raphael:
New shell with sculpted on Belt. Removable piece on the back for the breakdance feature. Same piece where you store the Katar knife.
He gets normal sai, a pair of Katar blades
2 new foot held weapons to replace the rats and the pinwheel shuriken he had. Add the Kunai, Shuriken and cat claws from Samurai Leo. Breakdancing stand (a trashcan lid as a nod to the vintage toy) red communicator, pizza slice, small boombox

C-grips (h and v), fists, dramatic, pointing, wide grip, trigger finger, hands holding a dangling mask (both red)
Heads, Traditional head, reuse screaming Leo in red, new open mouth snarl head, unmasked head.
Michelangelo:
Reuses the Raphael Shell and the nunchaku holder is interchangeable. (Empty or with pre-sculpted nunchaku.) If you plug Raph's Breakdancing stand, Michelangelo can be a party dude too!
Reuse the sculpted chain nunchaku from vanilla Michelangelo. Reuse the kunai, cat claws and shuriken from Samurai Leo. Pizza slice, orange communicator.
New stuff:
Special pointing hands that can have accessories plugged in to spin freely. Think NECA twirling hands from accessory pack 1.
2 twirling nunchaku (like the NECA one)
2 whole half and half pizzas on plates to twirl.
1 normal sansetsukon 1 with twirling feature.
1 twirling skateboard.

If Playmates stops being a little bitch about Super7, We could get instead toy accurate figures, accessories. And extras... but Playmates is gonna Playmates.
