I have Genghis in hand and Space Cadet Raph... debating on whether I should get Robotic Rocksteady... or not. Shredder I might get soon, but most definitely not now. Next Day off I'll take pics for them to come out the toy chest.
By now you already know about Raph's wrist mounted communicator that has Fugitoid on the screen. Signifying that Raph's space suit is not Earthling in origin... (NASA Turtle variants possible? I think not) you may also know that the shirt designs on Genghis are tampographed and not sculpted...

Leonardo, Donatello, and Michelangelo have had 2 variants with Raphael only one... 2 if we count the BBTS Undercover Raphael, which I won't since it's a "retailer exclusive".
Redecos usually involve "1 new accessory"
Well, Here's 2 candidates for the Redeco slot:
Rasputin the Mad Frog:
Genghis body in Leonardo green. Orange shirt with blue flower patterns. Blue watch, silver chains red pants. (Same heads and hands)
Accessories:
Boogie board is out. Tongue gun stays in Orange and red.
Add Splinter Bow and Arrows.
Since I eliminated the Boogie Board, I can add a new second accessory.
New Accessories: Quiver for the arrows
A two Handed Battle Axe (see Panda Khan)
The ax is a nod to the cartoon version of Genghis frog. Since the toy gang is doesn't come with it, I thought we could sneak it in with Rasputin.
Atilla the Frog:
Donatello brown skin for Atilla, light blue pants, silver watch and gold chains. Red shirt with yellow patterns (s7 can pick the pattern)
None of Genghis weapons instead he gets 3 versions of the new flail:
Real chain version
Static chain version
Twirling version (like Panthro nunchucks)
The toon Atilla had a chain mace. I'm trying to make it feel different enough from the NECA version and sneak in a Konami reference...
I mean who else could be made into a redeco?
Turtle variant? I already established that the victim here would be Raphael, so let's take care of Raphael:
Grand Slam Raph:
Raphael in a Yankees styled uniform.
3 heads:
Normal head with hat. Normal head without hat for removable batting helmet.
Blowing bubblegum head (nickelodeon wouldn't allow spitting tobacco chew)
Normal hands and 2 new pairs ball pitching, Gloved (both sets of hands should be molded to hold a baseball without using pegs and holes.)
3 Baseball bats:
Normal wooden Baseball bat, aluminum bat, broken bat with the number 33 engraved on it.
A batting tee inspired by the vintage toy
4 "baseballs":
Normal Ball, Smoke Bomb, Cartoon bomb, Metal ball.
While inspired by vintage, it's not playmates accurate. Yes, the broken bat is a José Canseco bat. (Could we get an ultimates José Canseco?)
Super Swimming Raph:
We start with a "new Naked" turtle body with no pads, to differentiate it from the playmates toy. Shell should have swimming briefs hanging at a lower height than the normal tmnt belts.
For the right wrist a slip on watch.
4 Heads:
-Normal Raph head with different expression -Raph head with goggles and swimming cap.
-New head that allows Raph to look straight up (or forward while swimming)
-New head with goggles and swimming cap that can look straight up.
Pairs of Hands:
Webbed swim gloves
Bare swimming/judo chop
C-grips vertical
C-grips horizontal
For accessories people would like the Flippers. SO I'd say sure. The kickboard, I'm not so sure about or the snorkel. I just don't see those as tools that would be used in normal swimming competitions. The Kickboard, I'd modify to have hidden tonfa for Raph to use. The Snorkel, would not be on it if it was me.
That covers my options for Raphael variants and keeps the theme of 2 Sports Turtles and 2 Music Turtles in perfect Harmony... Metalhead Michelangelo ruins things.
The Other New Character is the big question Mark. Is Fugitoid a hint since we got a Triceraton? I'll leave that to Super7 to figure it out.
