This list has been a pain in the ass to complete, but I promised 100 items/sets and dammit, I will FINISH IT!!
20: infinity Mirror backdrops:
I know these ALMOST count as Dioramas, and technically they're "cheating" but at the same time, they're not. They would complement some already mentioned accessories. Besides there are many themes that could be made:
Castle Dungeon, Ancient Library, Medical facility, Sci-Fi Space Station, Haunted forest, Subway Tunnels, Abandoned Cave Temple with eerie runes lighting the way, Sewers. Some of these themed backdrops could come with some theee dimensional accessories to help with the display's illusion and be considered props due to character interaction.
19: Arcade pt. 3:
The final entry on the arcade series with:
Basketball game.
Pinball machine
Standing racing game machine
Skeeball game
Small claw machine
Japanese styled arcade table
Skeeball, basketball, pinball, and claw machines are self explanatory.
The standing racing game machine is a racing game machine but due to space and cost limitations, the arcade operator got the crappier standing version. As previous arcade cabinets, there would be a set of cards and screens and a blank card and screen for users to add their custom images.
Suggested game titles:
-R.A.C.E.R. (Radical Action Car Experienced Racing)
-New Wave Neon Riders.
The screens would be for RACER, a normal racing 3D game like Daytona USA or this other game powered by namco. For New Wave Neon Riders something sprite based like Outrun.
The Japanese arcade table is a table where the top of the table is a screen where you can play games. Most smaller arcades used to have one odd game, this is the oddity I chose, because it can be generic enough. Presonally I would've chosen something like a Tsurugi: Blade of Honor replica or Mazan: Flash of the blade. Sadly, those two machines are far too odd and too specific. The DDR styled games had more clones, so it's easy to make a generic dance machine than a sword machine.
18: Trick or Treat:
Basically, a Halloween accessory pack.
-bowls with removable bunch of candies
-fully wrapped candy bars
-partially wrapped candy bars (for characters to hold as a snack)
-Halloween bags and tubs
-slightly unwound TP Roll
-carton of eggs
-flaming poop bag
-crappy Halloween decorations
-jack o lanterns
17: TV Studio cameras and gear:
NECA made some for the Toon TMNT with the Channel 6 set, but I'm talking more realistic versions that could be used for other stuff. I'm thinking things like interviewing Joker like in The Dark Knight Returns. Could be used for other lines as well. Like say if a Spider-Man Retro Series J. Jonah Jameson animated style figure is made, it could use some cameras for the J3 Media announcements.
16: Explosives, Bombs, things that go Boom!:
Self explanatory set: grenades, dynamite sticks, Time Bombs, Detonators, landmines, plastique... although for the last one I'd rather use the white equivalent to blutac and some stuff pulled from broken electronics like capacitors and resistors. Hell even the classic 💣 would be a welcome addition.
15: Electric chair:
This is a somewhat specific item, but it has multiple uses. Not to mention a specific line, but if McFarlane makes an Injustice Joker, he could use it for a Super Move display. Using a Mattel BvS Lex Luthor with a different head you have another prisoner ready for execution.
14: Power Ups:
Basically, items that are power ups in videogames. There are PLENTY of 6 and 7 inch figures based on videogames. Thinking of the usual ❤, Medikits or a literal green cross [➕], maybe even some first aid sprays, ammo cans, bullet boxes, random food items, (pizza, beer, chicken, meat, hotdog, etc.) Some "treasure" (money stack, diamonds, pearl necklace, etc.)
a 1UP extra life item, random single use weaponry (pipe, bat, piece of wood, kunai, knife, shuriken, etc.)
13: Tables, benches, and chairs:
Unlike the tables and chairs of the Wrestling variety, these are more for outside dining, picnics at parks, and residential dining tables... not necessarily fancy tables. This should cover all 3 main periods (fantasy, current era, Sci-Fi and obviously, each sold separately. )
12: Movie Night at Home:
I can't say that the inspiration for this was Blockbuster and the devil's lettuce, but it was.
Basically a TV, a VCR, a DVD player, 2 VHS tapes, 3 DVD cases (2 closed, one open with removable disc) and snacks like:
Bowl of popcorn
3 Soda cans
Bowl of nachos with cheese
Candy bars
2 beer bottles
Box of candy (think of nerds)
A banana split
A blackout
A blanket to fit 2 7 inch figures.
Small stand for the tv and the VHS and DVD player.
11: Swampy Mangrove:
Basically 1 tree, 2 shrubs, a couple of lilly pads, a few sets of reeds, and a few sets of mangrove spiked roots for a swamp-like environment. Paired with dollar store snakes and other swamp environment animals, a Swampy environment could be recreated without relying on water.
10: Ninja attack!:
Nearly every toyline has a ninja. So, this is a bunch of ninja accessories:
-kawarimi log
-dissipating smoke coil base that can hold the log or be used without it.
-flash/smoke explosion
-bunch of kunai
-bunch of shuriken
-bunches of makibishi (caltrops)
The reason they're in bunches is to have a set of 2 or 3 that can fit an open hand. Larger bunches joined by a clear base to display on the floor.
9: Birthday Party Blues:
Piñatas, balloons, cake, balloon animals, ice cream tubs, plates with cake and ice cream, presents, etc. Of course there could be some variations like Baby Shower, gender reveal party, etc. with some set specific items like kegs, couple of alcoholic drinks, etc. And yes, a Robot Chicken skit was the inspiration.
8: rolling shutter doors:
I know some Wrestling Backstage Playsets have them as one of the many features. The problem is that these are usually tied to the wrestling background and arent big enough to act as Garage rolling doors. What I'm suggesting is Self standing rolling door frames with functional rolling doors that can be used as backdrop or props. There should be 2 sizes of doors:
Truck sized extra large doors for vehicles like say: WWE Wrekkin Slambulance or Rampage rig. The other people door sized. With a few preexisting accessories/backdrops a Seedy area of a city scene could easily be made without requiring a big ass diorama or enhancing said big ass dioramas. Think something out of Double Dragon. No it's not a link to the live action bastardization.
7: Martial Arts Tournament:
Basically, this is an accessory pack of things that get broken in Martial Arts Tournaments as the fighters "Test their Might". Wooden boards, tiles, bricks, ice blocks, hell, even huge ass gemstones... some of the items can use some clip on flames for the flaming variety.
6: Physical Education set:
Balls, balls, balls! Soccer, Football, Basketball, volleyball, dodgeball, tennis and baseball. Let's add rackets, bats, even a shuttlecock... cricket bat, golf clubs, even a lacrosse stick. Jump ropes and an adjustable height vaulting box horse... Yes, it's for all the wrong reasons you're thinking of, pervert...
5: fairground/carnival foods:
Cotton candy, hot dogs, soda in cups, corndogs, popcorn, caramel apples, maybe throw some non food items to create the fairgrounds/carnival feeling WITHOUT having actual carnival rides for the action figures.
4:Hangman's tree:
Basically a dying tree with low-ish branches that were used as makeshift gallows. It would have the tree with vatious ropes, if possible corpses in heavy state of decomposition similar to the flayed man figurine from the NECA Predator accessory pack. The main difference is that some of the more decomposed corpses aren't whole. Also a littlelog piece that is meant to be where the victim will stand before getting unalived.
3: Angry Mob Accessory pack:
Tirches, pitchforks, 2 by 4s, picket signs, bricks, stones, molotovs, steel pipes, basically stuff needed for an angry mob or rioters in both fantasy and present time. It could be spiced up by adding some anti-riot gear.
2: abandoned due to plague set:
Lots of Rats, crows are a nice set of starter animal stage elements, or props depending on the display. Heavily decomposed corpse fragments, rotting meats full of maggots, decomposing fruits, moldy bread loaves allow this set to be non specific to any era. The idea was heavily influenced by Resident Evil 4 and Red Dead Redemption 2. Maybe adding blood pools and other fluids. It can be used on multiple displays, from D&D, Witcher, TLOU, hell, even TMNT could get away with some of the stuff from here. (Mainly NECA's Mirage Line)
1: Weapons packs:
Wait, hold up! I know Todd McFarlane is covering the Gun department. I'm looking at other weapons: blunt and cutting kind. While Mattel had some nifty weapon packs, those are too MOTU Specific. Swords, knives, machetes, katanas, maces, clubs, but having just the weapons won't cut it. Slashing effects or bloody variations for some weapons can help spice up the display. Perhaps sparking effects from binding blades.
I think I covered more or less everything I could think of... If I ever suggest another 100 item list, feel free to slap me metaphorically speaking.
