Since Todd took over the IDW TMNT License, The Loyal Subjects figures became a bit more tempting. I dunno if they'll keep doing non IDW TMNT. But I got Alopex... Raphael's foxy girl. Mutated fox trained by the foot...
Articulation:
Alopex has Marvel Legends level of articulation on paper. Execution is a different kind of thing. Waist cut won't work. Loose butterfly shoulders and the weird double elbows and knees.

She's mostly molded in white plastic.But the parts that are painted white have sloppy paint jobs. They didn't paint under her neck or there is a lot of fur. The sculpting is pretty good and captures. The IDW artstyle pretty well...

Overall:
Alopex is pretty cool but she could have been cooler. She gets a 4.17 which is decent, but not wow worthy. Shame they didn't make Venus.
The neck paint makes her 20% cooler.

Articulation:
These two BABIES!! Have more articulation than Ultimates:
Hinged jaw
Ball joint head
Butterfly shoulders
Double jointed elbows and knees in addition to the hinged and rotating shoulders, bicep cut rotating hinged thighs, thigh cut, hinged ankles with rockers , rotating and hinged wrists.
But my Rahzar has two left shoulders and that screws his right arm articulation. Seller can't do anything about it and I ain't looking to hunt for another Rahzar.

Paint and sculpt:
They're toon inspired, but they have toy-esque detailing. Most of the pieces are molded in the appropriate color with f. You paint the details. The only issue are the elbow and knee joints, which are the color of the padd and that makes Rahzar look weird. They're not as noticeable with Tokka, but but I'll deal with it...

I checked if the SDCC Game versions were any better but they're just redecos. No alternate accessories.
Overall:
These BABIES!! are not perfect, but are a decent Placeholder until Super7 gets their shit together with Classic TMNT. THEIR FINAL SCORE IS...

Rahzar: 3.83
Personally I blame Rahzar's lower score on the shoulder QC blunder.
Weird that for a Line, I considered garbage, I ended up with 7 figures to fill in Super7 holes.
Still, the best figure from this line is Bubble walker Krang.
