His tie is not as messy as the vintage toy.
He no longer has a microphone shoved on his hip. The fanny pack on his back is a removable accessory with a loop for the mic. The reason for this stuff to be removable is to be able to pop a new vest and head and make an Archie. Vernon, who has a different name and appearance from Toon Vernon.

First things first, he's in a Toon Inspired palette.
But there will be Playmates inspired details.
I'd add interchangeable breast pockets. Clean and dirty. He shouldn't have his shirt unbuttoned with belly sticking out, but instead have his shirt bunched on front as he didn't tuck it in correctly and his back untucked. The Toulet Paper stuck to his foot would be an accessory that pegs in his foot hole.

I still stand that soft goods is da wae. LONG PLASTIC SKIRTS LIMIT ARTICULATION too much. (MOTUC Marlena Flashbacks). Hell, even short skirts do... (Hole in head MOTUC She-Ra flashbacks) the other reason is to be able to switch between Playmates and Toon styled. Soft goods bypass the Playmates embargo.

This sucker will be roughly an $85 figure:
About an inch taller than Mon*Star and a bit wider to fit the Wave 5 Krang inside... BUT with new tentacles specifically made for the Android body.
The figure should have reduced articulation... hear me out!
No need for waist articulation since the torso houses Krang. Due to its Suspenders, I wouldn't try to have underboob articulation. Personally, I'd sacrifice that point of articulation for an accessory.
The body should be a hybrid of Playmates and Animation. In order to bypass the whole "Don't straight up copy Playmates" thing.

Take the Playmates figure as a base. We modify the lower body sculpt so his pants read as pants and not as tights. Now for his colors:
Cartoon palette should be a start.
The Cheez Whiz color on his outfit should be glossy with golden accents. His lavender leggins should be metallic. Also, in the toy sculpt you can see the leggins peeking at the ankles. The gloves in the toy version should be glossy dark blue.

Take the vintage toy sculpt and we modify the color palette a smidge. Her crotch should be slightly modified for articulation. Make the oranges on her outfit less red orange and more Faded version of Michelangelo's bandana. Her hair can match Mikey's bandana. Only her boots and vambraces should be metallic forest green. The rest of her outfit should be painted in flat and metallic lime greens.

This is a "New" figure based on a Vintage version, so it kinda counts, hence the Honorable Mention, since it kinda doesn't count. We start with an April in strapless Bikini/Underwear body. (Could be reused on Aska if TF becomes available) Like Irma, this is meant to be a 2-in one figure. This is done with soft goods clothing. NO PLEATHER!!
