How can Super7 celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Since 2024 is the 40th anniversary of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic, Super7  ( If they're still doing TMNT by then) could do Mirage Styled Variants (if Nickelodeon and Playmates allow it)  So, can I pull off 16 Mirage figures in sets of 4? Let's find out!

Wave 1:

Leonardo:
New belt based on Mirage comics. Elbow and knee pads are brown. Red bandana on both heads. No Turtle communicator.

He is largely unchanged from the previous release. The small changes are to make him "different enough from the previous release" to cause desire to get one. Also, you should be able to swap heads with the other Leonardo to create your definitive Leonardo.

Splinter:
New cloth tunics with sleeves: Beige and magenta.
Using the belt from shredder. Extra head (same sculpt) painted differently added pupils and no light streak on his snout.

The idea here is to replace the previous Splinter's tunic with one of these and use this Splinter with the other tunic. That way you can mix and match for your definitive Splinter.

Shredder:
New Helmet, New Oroku Saki unmasked head, empty helmet, new crotch piece based on Mirage. NO CAPES!!
Same Weapons.

The idea is to make this Shredder different enough from vintage, but you can use the Oroku Saki unmasked head with both of them.

Foot Ninja:
New arms, similar to Shredder, but with the Foot Soldier Armor.
Same weapons as Shredder.

Here you won't be able to swap heads with the other one, because none have swappable heads.

Wave 2:

Donatello:
Like Leonardo, red headbands, new belt, no toon stuff.

Like Leonardo before him, the same principle applies: same skin tone so one can mix and match for their ultimate Donatello.

Baxter Stockman:
This is technically a variant, but a "New figure". It should take cues from the Fly Baxter figure's outfit. Basically,  the "new clothes version of that look. Maybe adding a turtleneck to hide his skin from the neck down. Then reuse the hands of the Fly Baxter but in African-American skin tone. Add a second head and set of hands in a Toon/vintage toy inspired White Baxter Stockman. As additional accessories 2 mousers.

The idea is to have people double dipping on Baxter. One for the vintage toy inspired collection to have a pre-fly Baxter and the other for the Mirage collection.

Fugitoid:
Silver repaint of the toy Fugitoid. Same Accessories.

The idea is to either have this as the first release of the Fugitoid if we don't get him before 2024.

Triceraton:
Same accessories as the normal figure. Repainted as in the Mirage art used on TMNT 3 Manhattan Project artwork.

The idea is to get an additional triceraton to Army build the triceratons while reusing the same mold from the triceraton that we got on the first toy line.

Wave 3:

Raphael:
Following the same protocol as Leonardo and Donatello. Removing the cartoon influence and making him as Mirage Comics as possible. New headsculpts?

Since Raphael already has headbands in red
The only real alternative to make him different than off would be alternative head sculpts.

Karai:
I know I am horribly cheating with this one. Yet, this is the only way we could sneak in Karai. She wouldn't be 100% new, because she can reuse some parts from April. Hair accessories would be ninja weapons by made to fit a female figure's hands.

She's important to Mirage Mythos and like I said, since she has no vintage toy version, she can make the jump with this figure to the vintage display,  just as in MOTUC, Eternos Palace Randor fits with the other figures.

Foot Mystic:
New head and cape on the Shredder body with the New Foot Ninja arms. Naginata and the same accessories as a Foot Ninja.

These would complement Karai and the other Foot Ninja  quite well.

Wave 4:

Michelangelo:
Like his brothers before him, red bandana, mirage belt, no toon stuff...

Like I said, he completes the Mirage set for the Turtles and tou ahould mix and match between both of them.

April:
Blue outfit repaint, but none of her vintage weapons/accessories based on the toon. Add 3 Mousers.

Honestly, there's not that much justification to get this April, aside the Mousers.

Casey Jones:
Repaint of the previous Casey, extra unmasled head.

This one is meant to replace past Casey.

Rat King:
None of the vintage toy accessories, new head, less cartoony repaint. Add a bunch of rats as accessories.

Since at the time of this list, we don't know if Super7 gets to make a Toy Rat King, this is a sample/1st version.

There you go. I was able to make 16 Mirage characters with most of them being variants of already made figures. Others would be first releases of characters that existed in the vintage toy line. Baxter, Karai and the foot Mystic being the sole exceptions to this list as new characters. Most of these choices are made with the idea of combining both the vintage inspired line of Ultimates and The Mirage tribute under a cohesive line similarly to how Classics combined all branches of He-Man under a cohesive Style.

Well I couldn't get a bucket of mousers in; I managed to shove in five into the small lineup
