Some People Stay in the Darkness

Afraid to fail this city... and there is no SpongeBob savior who used to have a talking car... don't you worry Pam Anderson ain't here...
Not saying this will suck  but most likely it will.

Ramen Toy is going for the jugular:

 El Auto Fantástico...

Hopefully this won't be hit by a C&D, because I fucking want one... if it fits 1:10 figs, even better.
I know it's 1:12, but WWE Vehicles are 1:12 and those fit 1:10. For those of you who have been keeping up with the MuTeens, know that the Cade Men love the Feeny Car... Since this is Ramen, I have to wonder if an unofficial German sensation figure might be included...

Why haven't we gotten a Knight Rider game!?

I know Europe got a shitty PS2 game, but I mean a Modern Era Knight Rider Game... The Fan Game disappeared from the face of the Earth, probably due to the letters C & D. Now think about it... an Open World Game where you are Michael Knight, voiced by David Hasselhoff... or a VA who can pull off a decent Hoff if Hoff can't/won't do it. Everyone else, Devon, KITT, etc. Should be done by VAs who sound similar to the characters... Think an Open World Game as big as GTA San Andreas in variety, but as big as RDR2 or bigger. Getting the US Southwest right in this 1980s Modern Cowboy game. Arkham Knight and its accursed car mode was partly the inspiration for this rant. Some missions should require the nearly invincible KITT and Michael to cooperate in order to beat them.

Gameplay should be split in a couple of modes in order to truly capture the essence of Knight Rider.
Obviously the main two modes are Michael on Foot and Michael in KITT.

On Foot, should be like your average aopen World game. You walk about, interact with the environment, have the capacity to fight hand to hand, get into cover, stealthily take out enemies, and basic gunplay (mostly used to cause indirect damage to the enemies by shooting flammable stuff or other background hazards, as you aren't supposed to directly kill bad guys.)

On KITT you're invincible unless you're facing The Goliath, KARR or other ridiculously tough threats. Crashing, gunfire, etc. should cause zero damage. On occasions you must summon the Knight Industries on-the-road repair center to add upgrades to KITT, engage in story or side missions. Aside the driving functions of KITT's Normal Mode, he should have his Surveillance Mode, which could work like Batman's Detective Mode.
Pursuit Mode could easily be a "slow time gimmick" in order to allow the player the "faster reflexes" from KITT.
AUTO CRUISE when manually operated it would be the Fast Travel. This should trigger a small cutscene of Michael activating the mode and "going on a commercial break bumper sequence" to hide the load times. Some missions could have the Auto Cruise option operating as it does on the show where KITT drives on its own. Could be a rail shooting section or have Michael exit through KITT's sunroof to pull off a daring and possibly stupid stunt.

KITT Side missions could be races, demolition derbies, tracking targets, etc. for money and upgrades.

Michael Side Missions could involve shooting galleries to upgrade his aim. Swimming to increase his stamina... (yes, having a 1980s Hoff on a beach is a nod to the 90s... could unlock an achievement) and other actovities to earn money and upgrade stats.
Side Missions

Quirky ideas: if you select a point on the map and you ignore going into that spot after X amount of time, KITT should engage AUTO CRUISE and attempt to self-drive there. This also would trigger banter between Michael and KITT. If you fail a vehicle side mission multiple times and wish to skip it, KITT should berate the player before skipping it.

The setting is obviously the US Southwest in the mid 80s and it should reflect that. It needs to be a love letter to the 1980s and Knight Rider.

NECA should do a TV Toyline...

Y'know how they do Aliens, Predators, Freddy Krueger, Letherface, Jason Voorhees, etc.
Or the Terminator, Rocky Balboa, Rambo, John Matrix
Well, how about if they did some of TV's greatest Action Heroes:
Of Course I'm thinking of:

Think about it... What's more 80s TV than THE A-Team?

Wait, Mezco did these a few years back... So scratch Miami Vice... Let's go MORE 80s...

Magnum!! (I know Mom would've gotten Magnum... she would've gotten Higgins too begrudgingly.)
But We can go even more 80s...Yes, you know who I'm thinking of...
Deutschlands größter Schatz, David Hasselhoff

And I'm not forgetting Patty and Selma's favorite TV Hero...

The Budget breaker would be This guy:

Think about it... We can get so many Aliens and Predators... Also, didn't NECA do Home Alone!?

Reboot Warning!!! Something I like is being Rebooted!

I've been feeling for some time now a hunger for some 80s TV.  If feeling somethinng along the lines of a shadowy flight into the dangerous world of a man who does not exist. A young loner on a crusade to champion the cause of the innocent, the helpless, the powerless, in a world of criminals who operate above the law. kind of show... Well, Machinima is pulling a Shenron:

and they are working with Justin Lin, of the Fast and Furious fame and that will get the Car Action Part... There's also a New Trans Am coming... While I'm, not too fond of the new design, it's a Pontiac Trans Am, which is NEEDED FOR A KNIGHT RIDER REBOOT!?

All I'll say is: Devon Miles better be played by a certain actor... Spike, you better not play That Clip...

Celestiadammit, Spike! I would have preferred the Drunk Hoff Burger Rant over this!

Much better!

My only issue is that Machinima has screwed me over from seeing Street Fighter Resurrection with their crappy ass go90 partnership. Hopefully they'll do it on youtube and eventually release it on DVD/BluRay like they did with Street Fighter Assassin's Fist.

I don't mention anyone else on the cast because it won't compare to the original, having Hoff as Devon is the closest thing to have as a nod to the original. Sure I would like to have William Daniels as KITT, but the man's kinda old and if I have to choose between having him as KITT or Feeny, my vote is Feeny.

Kung Fury... Wow...

It made it as a short film... It delivered an 80s tribute over the top action film!

Here's the short. Enjoy!

My only complaint is that the film was only 30 minutes long... I hope we get a sequel! I mean we even got a MUSIC VIDEO DONE BY KNIGHT RIDER HIMSELF, David Hasselhoff!

Cheesy, over the top, borderline ridiculous? YES, YES, AND YES! At least it's more original than Sharknado 3... now with more Hoff... Yes, the Hoff is going to be in SHARKNADO 3 Oh Hell no...

Holy crap Kitt! Good and bad!

The good: A group of fans around the world have been working on an unofficial fan game based on a TV Show starring the voice of Mr. Feeney and The Hoff. It seems that it'll be a Sandbox game...
Repeat after me: a Sandbox game, like GTA, RDR or Saints Row in the KNIGHT RIDER UNIVERSE!!!

The Bad: There's a movie coming called Killing Hasselhoff, where KITT is not voiced by Mr. Feeney, not even by Val Kilmer, but by the most annoying douche in the Universe. Bieber...

The Ugly: Justin Freaking Bieber is playing KITT!! THAT IS BAD, WRONG AND UGLY!!!

Watch the video and forget about the Bieber...

FEENY! Fe-fe-f-e-fe-fe-FEEENY! and other stuff

Mr. Feeny, played by William Daniels was a Yoda to the Matthews Boys, Eric (Will Friedle) and Cory (Ben Savage). He was also known as as Knight Industries Two Thousand. I'm not gonna talk about how cool is the fact that Mr. Feeny is KITT... well not now. What I want to talk about is the Curious Case of George Feeny. He was Cory's teacher in Elementary School. He also was his neighbor. When Cory graduated to High School; guess who was the Principal...

George Feeny. Not only that but when Cory finally Reaches college; guess who also entered college. (His last name sounds like Weenie)
FEENY! Good God man! Can't you move on!? I know you care about Cory (and Gang) but C'mon! I'm pretty sure that he kept stalking Cory and Topanga after the end of the show.

That's pretty much a quick summary of The Curious Case of George Feeny. Did I mention that Mr. Feeny = KITT? I did? Well I'll say it again. William Daniels is KITT.

Remember kids if Someone tries to trick you with a Ford Mustang voiced by a former Batman as KITT; you call them liars! The True KITT is a Trans Am voiced by William Daniels.

Bad Remake/Sequel, with a Bad Car and a Bad Chunky KITT (Whose VA was quickly replaced. They couldn't afford Bat Kilmer)

This guy loves KITT so much... Check it out!

On other news. The A-Team is coming!
In 1972 a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the goverment they survive as Soldiers of Fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire The A-Team! Blam! blam! Blam! blam! blam!
http://www.atomicpopcorn.net/the-a-team-van-looks-very-familiar/
Probably the intro will change to 1992 (Gulf War) if they keep the intro.
We've got Liam Neeson as Hannibal (I love it when midichlorians come together!)
Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson as B.A. Baracus (He's a Mixed Martial Arts fighter, so he'll be able to beat up some foo's and hopefully toss the suckas' who need to be pitied.)
Bradley Cooper as Templeton Peck... (He was in The Hangover and Wedding Crashers. He does have a 'Faceman' flair...)
Sharlto Copley as H.M. Murdock...
Sounds pretty good, hopefully they won't blow it by changing too much that it doesn't even resemble the original. At least Willl Ferrell is not involved. June 11, 2010 is the so called release date...

A little something more cool than the A-Team intro...
