With Amazon owning MGM, Netflix might lose Wednesday

After a rather successful season 1 on Netflix, MGM, the ones who actually made the show are sitting at the table with Netflix, weighing their options. Thing is that with Amazon owning MGM, they could take Wednesday with them... especially since the MGM deal for Amazon wasn't that great to begin with. They only own the United Artists stuff and everything that MGM made after 1986. Warner Brothers owne everything MGM up to 1986... Wizard of Oz, Gone with the Wind, Tom and Jerry... all WB's. So, it would benefit Amazon to have some successful MGM properties on their side.

I'm not saying it will happen, but Cobra Kai was a Youtube Red original and became a Netflix original. Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and Defenders jumped ship to Disney. What's not stopping Amazon from making Wednesday jump ship?

They're not Microsoft, but Amazon ranks rather high in the evil corporation chart. So, I wouldn't be surprised if they pull Wednesday from Netflix.

Personally, they should take this MGM deal and use it to make a James Bond Series more faithful to the books. Give James Bond the Jack Reacher treatment. I've heard nothing but praises to Amazon's Reacher series. One friend even joked that the series makes Tom Cruise's take on Jack Reacher look bad. I'm mature enough to not make a Tom Cruise is gay joke and call him Jack Reacharound. Everyone knows Tom Cruise isn't gay... he just likes to invest a lot of money in Narnian real estate. But seriously, having a book accurate Bond would be an unexpected surprise.
