AMNT: 15 years later:
The idea is putting the Turtles in their 30s and to "age up" some of the cast (for shits and giggles.) April is 28, so that puts her in the 42-43 range. Casey would be about 48, etc. Both Splinter and Shredder are dead, the turtles have disbanded, they've reached a state of normalcy, but as always, someone crashes the party.
The Turtles will share the same torso, but this one is full 7 inches tall and with "MOTUC BUFF" arms and legs.
Leonardo:
The most straightforward look of the bunch.
The main difference from Adult Leo and Teen Leo is that he has bandaged arms and lower legs.

He also sports high tech vambraces with one being a Turtle Comm and the other a Power glove Inspired Drone controller. On his back he has a platform for the "shelldrone" he uses on reconnaissance. He also wears Nightwatcher's boots.

Raphael is, like Leonardo, very close to a Vanilla version. He sports a durag style Bandana, glasses, various gold chains, arms and legs wrapped in bandages, but he sports sneakers, as he's now a bouncer/vigilante. His belt has no sai storage, but has loops to hold his tonfa.

Essentially an Adult Zach following the steps of Casey Jones picture Zach with long greasy hair and wearing a white version of the Image Casey mask. He's also wearing a long sleeved faded yellow shirt with a blue sleeveless vest. On the back of the vest there's a patch with a green shell and a red V.

Moonlighting as a camera man at Channel 6, Zach is keeping an eye on his lifelong friend Caitlin to protect her like Casey did for April.

After the fall of Shredder, Baxter was put in an insane asylum where he lost what little sanity had and it returned with zero morals. Recruiting Shredder's former allies, Baxter pulled one last desperate move for revenge.
Unholy Shredder:
Picture a decomposing Oroku Saki with Cybernetics from a Foot Soldier and Krang's remains acting as his "shirt".
Visually, we have a decomposing Oroku Saki slackjawed head with long gray hair emulating the lower part if his helmet. A three bladed metal dome covering his brain completes the Shredder look. On his torso we have a dead Krang acting as a conduit to reanimate Saki's corpse. On the back you can see the mechanical bits of a Foot Soldier exoskeleton with Saki's flesh stapled to it. Mouser claws protruding out his body recreate his spikes on his shoulders, arms and legs. The limbs are Foot endo skeleton parts barely covered with the flesh of Shredder and Krang. Shredder's left hand is a literal Mouser head. Shredder's right foot is a series of Mouser feet welded together

Coal Dust Dirtbag:
If made back in the day, he'd be a Wacky Action figure. The feature tail wagging. The idea being that Dirtbag would wag his tail and create dust clouds out of convenient piles of cornstarch or talcum powder to blind the turtles.
Sculpt would be very similar to Normal Dirtbag. Coloring would be the main difference here.
First the coal dust would be more noticeable on his body with his overalls looking far dirtier than the vintage figure. His rat pack would be dirty as well and the gap on his back should be the cleanest spot on him. His boot and fur should be dirtier (black paint wash).

Canary cage:
Cage works like MOTU Man-E-Faces. It's sculpted to look like it's partially covered by a cloth. You can only see the Canary from a specific side. On one side the Canary is OK, on the other it fainted.
Turtle Foot Clone:
Vanilla Turtle body in greenish teal with tan plastron. Grey pads and bandanas. The belt has a Foot Clan buckle revealing the Turtle's allegiance.
Heads:
All 4 Storage Shell Turtles in TFC colors. With red eyes and yellowed teeth.
Accessories:
2× plungerchucks (with real rope) from headdropin Mike
2× scorpion Sai from headdroppin Raph
1× spear from talking Mike
2× Leo Sewer Force Sword from the role playing toy of the same name
The idea is to have a single Ultimates! Of the TFC with the Crazy heads and weapons.Then release 4 more "vanilla" Deluxe figures. (Using the vanilla TMNT weapons. 2 katana for Leo, Bo staff for Don, etc.) Personally the Deluxe figures would be under the 'Tournament Fighters" subline. (And releasing a New April based on the Megadrive game is among the plans.)
Night Warrior Leonardo:
Leonardo wearing a more Stylish "traditional Ninja" outfit.
Starting with a blue cowl and Blue scarf sporting a sleeveless Gi with fishnet shirt underneath it. Wearing blue armguards and blue pants that reach the knee. His feet are wrapped in Grey bandages to simulate a Ninja tabi.
