Hasbro is making Lightning Collection TMNT from the MMPR TMNT crossover comic. I've mentioned that I'd be curious about normal TMNT made by Hasbro. From that, an idea was born. A What If? If you may. I am Uatu... sorry, couldn't resist. Taking a company's IP, for example, GI Joe and letting Super7 make a couple of figures in MOTUC Style... I know it's kinda cheating, since that's actually happening, but you kinda get where I'm going with.
Mattel Making a Jem doll, while Hasbro makes a Barbie.
Mattel makes Spawn while McFarlane makes He-Man
Hasbro does Max Steel while Mattel makes GI Joe
For the moment, I kept it at each company's Own IP, since licenses would be a pain in the ass... because Playmates Vintage TMNT styled Star Wars figures would be awesome as well as McFarlane doing TMNT. I'd be curious to see what Mattel would do with Marvel and Hasbro with WWE.
Sadly NECA owns nothing of the stuff they make, that's why they were left out and does anyone even care about Super7's The Worst?
Also Fourhorsemen studios were left out because Mythic Legions only work on the Horsemen's style... and We've seen Their work on MOTU, TMNT, THUNDERCATS, GI JOE, POWER RANGERS, SILVERHAWKS, so it's kinda hard to give them a project to do since they're already doing everything under Super7 and have done a ton under Mattel.
