Kojima seems to be involved on a new project or two...

You know what this means: somewhat interesting gameplay with tons of cutscene time and even far more exposition dialogue. Kojima is aiming to blur the lines between game and film... The real questions are: Does current tech allow for that idea to be real? What does Kojima mean by blurring the lines between game and film? How will these blurred lines affect the level of interaction from the user? Will Kojima use his Kojima-isms to compensate for his eventual underdelivery?

There are many questions. I hope this new game is a new IP instead of the Metal Gear Flaccid we got with Norman Reedus and the Funky Fetus. No, I don't "hate" Hideo Kojima. It's just that he's always claiming that he's going to revilutionize and yet, he still hasn't. Sure, he has made some great games, but Death Stranding is just Metal Gear Solid V with a new gimmick. MGSV was Peace Walker with a new gimmick. Peace Walker was Hideo's take on Portable Ops,  game he didn't make... He makes promises and does not keep them...

I want to see Hideo distance himself as much as possible from Metal Gear On his new game. Boktai was a creative surprise from Kojima. Sure it had a few nods to Metal Gear with the knock on walls to distract enemies, but  the game itself was not a "diet Metal Gear". Hopefully the new game does well...
