TMNT Wave 10 speculation time?

With the ridiculously expensive Wave 9 revealed, we have to make a list for wave 10! From now on it seems we're gonna get a "redeco" from past figures, 1 variant, and 2-3 new figures.
So, I shall do a list and see what could be made... my question is, How should I do this? Do I only mention 5 figures or do I do the 15 figure possibilities list? There is a third way: a figure list for the top 5 spots for each category.

Assuming Wave 10 will have 5 Figures, each category should have 5 candidates. The Categories are:
-Redeco:
This is a rerelease of a vanilla version with a repaint OR adding an accessory or two.
-crazy variant:
A gimmicky variant, whise gimmick is a change of outfit
-Villain slot:
A vanilla badguy figure
-Hero slot:
A vanilla Hero figure
-Extra slot:
A second chance at any of the previous categories.

Redeco:
-Brown pad and belt Turtles. I'm putting all 4 turtles (hey that's cheating) in the same category, since it'll free up 4 slots for other redecos. Maybe adding a "Mirage red headband head" for the non-Raph Turtles as an incentive.
-Casey Jones. Interchangeable heads, masked, unmasked and a third head with the Flag Mask.
-April. Orange and blue accents in her outfit.
-"Toon" Rocksteady or Bebop. I know that they didn't have a vintage version with this color scheme, but it's a lazy repaint that most folks might be interested. Adding a second head for Rocksteady without his helmet, a bandolier and a wooden sword or sword + wooden sheath, would make the rhino more desirable. Bebop is simply a repaint with maybe the Triceraton warrior gun.
-Foot Soldier. Give him different new weapons and a slight recolor like foot insignia and eyes. Do we need excuses to have Foot Soldiers available more often? Fro weapon ideas, Chromedome's blades are a start.

Crazy Variant:
-Mutatin'figure tribute. Since a transforming figure wouldn't fly here, having a figure based on a Mutatin' figure alternate form could work.
Cat April, Human Bebop, Human Rocksteady, Hamato Yoshi, or Oroku Saki could work here... even a Human Baxter would work, despite not having a vintage figure.
-Make My Day Leo. I dunno. It was the first Lep that popped into my head.
-Bandito Bashing Mike. It's a controversial variant. Also it was the first Non-Sewer Surfing Mike variant that popped into my head.
-Raph the Magnificent. Because Crazy Clowning Mike would make me make too many Pennywise jokes...
-Power Punching Rocksteady or Ninja Knocking Bebop. Because even without their gimmick, their costumes are zany enough to work as variants.

Hero:
-Dask or Kala. We have Zak, so getting his Neutrino teammates ASAP makes sense.
-Irma, Vernon, or Burne. Any of the Channel 6 Crew is a welcome addition. Also, putting Irma here avoids the "Irma is an extra slot" jokes.
-Halfcourt. Since we got Slam Dunk Donatello, he needs an opponent who eats, drinks, and breathes Basketball. He might be a $65 figure.
-Wyrm. Since we have Scumbug or Scumbag, the heroic creepy crawly Filled Wyrm almost makes sense. Probably a $65 figure, due to size and irregular articulation.
-Napoleon Bonafrog. With him we complete the Playmates Punk Frogs... if possobke, this could allow Super7 to do repaints of both frogs with new accessories for Attila and Rasputin.

Villain:
-Traag. He might easily be bumped up to $65-$74 by his sheer size.
-Pizzaface. One of the characters that I want the most, but I'm afraid he might be $65 like Scumbug...
-Tokka or Rahzar. We'll have to tackle Movie figures eventually... might as well make the different characters before doing more Turtle variants. I'm leaning more towards Tokka since he's like 75% done.
-Rat King. This is one of the most expected villains in the line. After 9 waves, I guess it's time for the King.
-Scaletail. To represent 1992. Sadly, he won't be the standard $55. I'm thinking $65 for hik due to his articulation.

Extra Slot:
-Chromedome. He just makes sense... aside the lack of Chrome, but NECA did a chromeless Chromedome, so complaints can be kept in your pocket... no it's not a reference to The Room.
-Tattoo. Sadly, his Sumoness makes him a $65 figure.
-Krang's Android body. Arguably the most expected variant at a wallet raping $85+...
-Super Shredder. He could be $55 if he's built like a MOTUC... but if made to scale he could turn into $65 easily. He is also a highly desirable character.
-Usagi Yojimbo. The definitive Extra Slot character, since we don't know where Super7 stands with Stan Sakai.

I could call it a day, but those are the Top 5 in each category... now, I have to Assemble a wave using this criteria:

Redeco: Casey Jones
Variant:Make My Day Leo
Hero: Napoleon Bonafrog
Villain: Rat King
Extra: Krang's Android body
