Finally something rather obvious that should've happened is happening: Gameboy is getting some love on the Switch Online.
I need to point out that only the Normal Gameboy will be available for basic online members like Myself.
Those with the premium expansion get the GBA.
The lineup for the basic GB is odd:
Tetris, Super Mario Land 2, Gargoyle's Quest, Alone in the dark, Metroid II, Game and Watch gallery 3, Wario Land 3, Kirby's dreamland, and Link's Awakening...
No Super Mario Land 1, or Wario Land 1 and 2...
There's no Pokémon games either. What about Donkey Kong (the puzzle/platformer game starring Mario who is a remake of the arcade Donkey Kong and about 100 puzzle levels)
GBA gets the following games:
Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3, WarioWare Inc.: Mega MicroGames, Kuru Kuru Kuruin, Mario Kart: Super Circuit, Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, and The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap.
Where's Metroid Fusion or Zero Mission? What about Mario vs Donkey Kong? Wario Land 4?
All I know is that normal GB is very likely to get an Oracle update, which will finally let me play the Oracle Zelda games.
