It's not a secret that Super7 is making Joes. Now I'm going to ponder how the Theoretical Wave 1 will be:
I'm going to use the 4 Figure format with 2 Joes and 2 Cobras split. The idea would be to have Sunbow/vintage toy hybrid figures.
Cobra Commander
Your traditional Cobra Commander with 2 heads: helmet and Hood.
Various extra hands
His Pistol
His cobra staff
Removable half-cape
Secret accessories (I wass Once a Man!! SNAKE Cobra Commander)
Destro
Since he has his Iron Mask, he has no need for extra heads.
Extra hands
His accessories should be couple of attache cases. One with the pieces to assemble a sniper rifle (as seen on the 50th Anniversary set.) His gun and attache case from his first release. Stacks of money, because weapon dealing.

The normal head of the figure should have "helmet hair" it helps create the Vintage toy/Sunbow look and it would have a helmet that fits.
Extra "longer Flat top" head based on more modern versions of him.

This wave is literally testing the waters and that's why there are only safe choices. If it doesn't do that great, the line can be rounded up in wave 2 with:
Baroness, Storm Shadow, Snake Eyes (commando mode but with parts to make the ninja mode), and Roadblock (based on his v2 because of Cobra Commander's secret accessory.)
The One thing I wouldn't like is a Modular 2-in-one Tomax/Xamot instead of them getting individual releases.
Also an ultimate Sergeant Slaughter would be a really interesting figure
