If the TMNT Ultimates were more like MOTUC: a different kind of rant

I kinda joked about how I wished that the TMNT Ultimates were more like MOTUC (the sharing MOTUC bodies thing), this rant is not about that:
This rant is about how I wish this line was more like MOTUC in integrating elements from Other TMNT eras under a stylistic lens: in this case inspired by the Vintage line Aesthetic. For example: MOTUC had 200x King Hssss, Bow, Flogg, Gwildor, and Geldor in a cohesive style based on the vintage figures. Here we have 200X, Filmatiom, New Adventures, 87 Movie, and Mini comics under a cohesive style. Well, I'm asking for the same thing for TMNT:
Think about it:
Mirage Karai, Armaggon, Agent Bishop, Keno, Fish Legs, Venus, Jennika, Zack the 5th Turtle... all of them under a 1987 TMNT toyline style.

It would be interesting to see how other styles translate into vintage.
Imagine a Dogpound vintagized...
How would he be adapted? Would he be a "MOTUC Ram Man" type figure? Would he be a normal sized figure? Would his take be a more "deranged" look on him, while looking a bit goofier like most 80s mutants? Or would they be faithful to 2012 without the angular shapes?

It would be a cool way to expand on the TMNT Rogues and allies gallery.
Guys like Keno, mayne would not require the Actor's likeness, since the 80s toys based on the movies didn't look like their actors. For example, movie 3 April looks nothing like Paige Turco. The toy kinda looks like a young Rue McClanahan. In Keno's case, Ernie Reyes Jr.'s likenesses might not necessarily be needed. (NECA on the other hand would need Mr Reyes's likeness to make a screen accurate Keno.)
Ethan Hunt toy that looks nothing
like Thomas Cruise Mapother IV
I bring forth Scientology's golden child: Couch Jumper Crazy Pants who always runs... His likeness cannot be used on toys... Don't know how Medicom got away with it, but he even threatened to sue Funko for Mummy POPs.
If Mission Impossible Ethan Hunt toys were made WITHOUT Tom Cruise, then Keno should be no problem.
