It came from the Toy Chest: Super7's cool but rude Adolescent Malformed Assassin Terrapin

Raphael is finally here with his Wave 1 buddies.
So let's get started!

Raph is the "Rebel" Turtle. He's not fond of Leonardo's leadership and is often fighting with his brother. Basically Wolverine in turtle form.

Articulation
He has a MOTUC Inspired articulation, but he could've used some oomph! Instead of an ab crunch is torso is on a ball joint that is loose as hell in mine. It's not the leg joints, but the torso. I kinda wish he had gotten a  hinge, so the other turtles would have it to recreate their vintage toy pose.

Unlike other reviewers who have complained about MOTUC articulation not being "good enough" in comparison to NECA and SH Figuarts TMNT, I'm mostly happy with it. The loose torso bothers me though.

Paint and sculpt:
For the most part he's really good. The sculpt is a slightly more detailed version of the vintage toy upscaled to a larger size. The colors are a bit muted compared to the vintage toy. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but some people may complain about it. (Mostly those who don't understand the MOTUC COMPATIBILITY aspect of these lines by Super7) I wish the second head matched a bit better with the body. Looks better on camera.

The brown weapons are in the vintage weapon rack made from the accessory tree where the vintage weapons were attached. At the moment I'm not going to detach the weapons... like pretty much every other collector has said... I do have one tiny nitpick and it's that the brown weapons aren't as orange as The Playmates weapons.

Overall:

I think Raph gets a 4.5 as his final score.  The loose loose waist is the biggest culprit. The only issue now is that I have to wait for a Leonardo, Michelangelo, and Donatello.
