Odds and ends April 5th 2021: Snyder Cut, Super7 teasers, and other stuff.

Seems like a lot more people are not sitting through the Snyder Cut till the end than the people that are... Now before the cultists start screeching, hear me out. According to a third party analysis, 64% of the people who tuned in to watch the Snyder Cut didn't finish it in the first week. Now this could mean many things:
- they're watching it in segments, due to life getting in the way.
- the movie dragged a bit too long for their tastes.
- they didn't like what they saw.

Despite this, ZSJL, was a profitable investment for HBO Max... just not profitable enough to ReStOrE tHe SnYdUrRvErSe.
300 Million Plus 70 Million was the real budget for The Snyder Cut... Minus the 25 Million from the Whedon Salvage, the total is 345 Million for Zack Snyder's Justice League. How long would it take for HBO Max to recoup the FULL BUDGET COSTS? How long until they turn a profit? How long until they reach the legendary Billion mark?

Add to that, the issue of 64% of the audience NOT FINISHING THE MOVIE as another problem. This is MORE THAN HALF THE US AUDIENCE, who hasn't finished the movie on its first week. Logistically speaking, it's not a sound inversion for WB. Reuniting the task is in itself a logistical nightmare. Then we have the Mogo in the room: Zack Snyder.

He, like hideo Kojima, is really bad at managing the budget and the bean counters don't like that. It doesn't help that he stated that he wants to go bigger and longer with each passing movie... studios don't like movies that are too long, because money.
Longer movies means less showings. Less showings means less people watching. Less people watching means less money made. Less money made, kiss your sequels bye bye. It didn't help that BvS underperformed. Having Both Batman AND Superman and the movie didn't reach the Billion Mark is sad.

Honestly, the best thing WB can do is finish the prohects they have until 2022 and sink the DC movies until 2029 for a new rebooted universe and hopefully the project being spearheaded by someone who respects this universe. And this person is most definitely not Zack Snyder...

Confirmed by Bay himself...

What is this?

B-Flynn teased this piece of tech looking thing. People are speculating that it's TMNT related.
I missed out on the Thundertank due to logistics... and that $450 was way too much for it... calling it now $600 Party Wagon.

And this has to drop the moment I'm thinking on how to disassemble a Slambulance to make a Party Wagon for my S7 TMNT.

Been playing Super Mario 3D All-Stars. The SM64 port feels a bit clunky. Somehow the DS version of SM64 plays a lot better than this one.

Sunshine feels like a decent port of SMS. It's just that Sunshine isn't the best 3D Mario game...

Galaxy...

Fuck Ray Surfing with a rusty spoon... 32 lives... 32 fails... review coming once I finish Galaxy, since it's the only one I never played before.
